Cuban tree frogs as bait?

SWFL. Cuban tree frogs are invasive, crowding out native species. Easy to catch, just drive a 3 foot long pice of 2 inch pvc pipe into a shady spot in the garden and they'll hide there in the daytime. Question is are they any good as bait? Fresh, salt or both? Kill 2 birds (or a frog and a fish) with one stone.
