Oysters myself last night.

Looks great. Do you harvest them ( the pearl producers ) or purchase locally? One of my favorites. Love them BBQED or steamed until popped. Scuba Divers let me know 45 years ago Italian dressing is good on them because it’s medley of flavors. Hot sauce etc. high quality sweet hot mustard etc. then let heat a bit again on grill… eat em for 1/2-1 hour while serving them to others as well.

Oysters are one of mankind’s PERFECT FOODS. Sodium issues are only thing some may need to worry about. Other allergies if they have them. They are very nutritious and provide many nutrients and immune system and other health benefits.

Looks delicious Bucky. We have them growing in floating trays, great to have them available year round for fresh shucked or char broiled on the grill and the best part is the ease of harvest.
Thanks for the pics, now I’m hungry for some!
