I had a black seabass fish taco. Toasted flour tortilla with a smear of guacamole, a sprinkle of shredded Napa cabbage with mango salsa and some Chipotle aoli sauce with a golden brown filet of fried bass right in the middle. Used panko on the bass for crunch.
