Is it really a shut down when the government still pays those that are sitting home during the shut down?

More like a paid vacation at our expense.

Vacationers love it and other freebies.

Wondering how many coming in on the border will be given SS benefits.

None as usual. Social Security requires an active account that has been paid into. The amount of credits is figured by how long and how much has been put in it.

This is another one of the continuing false statements that so many that don’t know seem to believe. It shows how some don’t care if something is true or not. Just keep repeating it and all your buddies will believe it. It’s a form of hypnosis.

If people can collect a disability check from the SS when they are quite able to to work.

I have no doubt the system is flawed to a point that False SS payments can be made to those undeserving.

So here is a place to show the evidence. Just like the other topic talks about. Show us the evidence. Anybody can say anything but prove it now.

To qualify for what you’re saying a medical record is required.

Prove it.

The Social Security Administration usually sends a cooperative disability investigator, who is an FBI-trained officer representing the Social Security investigation unit, only if they receive a complaint of fraud or if a person is suspected of lying in their disability case.

There have been instances where an individual who filed for disability benefits was reported to not actually have a disability, and in such cases, the Social Security Administration conducts a thorough investigation into the person’s medical condition to ensure that their disability is supported by medical evidence. However, such cases are extremely rare and typically stem from a report by a family member or friend who noticed the person engaging in activities that contradict their claimed disability.

The investigations are very thorough and can involve surveillance of the individual without their knowledge. However, in all the years that we have been dealing with Social Security cases, we have only seen a handful of such investigations, which shows that they are generally uncommon.

It might not be labeled as ss check but coming out of the same pot they’re getting money somewhere who’s feeding them housing them clothing them and giving them medical care it’s not coming out of their paychecks it’s coming out of mine

Ya like people receiving it for being a drunk or dope head or just a fatass that’s self inflicted it has more to do with laziness than p***e I see disabled people with enough p***e to work and people more than capable to work that’s just to lazy and drawing a check is easier like the lefties claiming let the i******s in to pick crops while Americans are sitting on their backside drawing a check saying they can’t find a job

To show the evidence I would have to show a name. Can not really do that when one's privacy is at stake. I can give a phone # out to SS though that would help with the matter if anyone were to Pm me.

On this part of the country actually the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, gets involved before the FBI gets involved unless there is foreign involvement.

But bottom line is, fraud happens by both domestic and foreign while some get away with it.
