Gift from my son for my man shed.
A 1968 comic book ad. Three combos a tackle box and numerous lures.
In 2024 dollars today it would be $116.00

Now days $116.00 would buy 3/4 lures maybe.
Saw add for some earlier $30/$40 for one

Some of those hand carved Glide baits are over $1,000 each.

If I ever spent that kind of money on a lure, I'd mount it on the wall, otherwise I'd probably lose it on a snag on my 3rd cast.

True that. LOL
Have you noticed how many lures say that they always catch fish?
Or baits? But they don't say that you have to find where the fish are first. LOL

Very nice gift to have received. Definitely would be a good addition in our fishing room. You have a very thoughtful son.
