Ok fish fam,I just got done speaking with Lisa,the owner of Clear Lake Campground,and it’s confirmed,the dates for this year will be May 31st June 1st and June 2nd this is a Friday Saturday and Sunday, like I mentioned, in my first post about the meet and greet, I go off of two variables, which is the bass tournament schedules, in which there are 95 tournament scheduled for the year, and I go off of the weather, obviously, with that many bass tournaments, we cannot do anything about that, I picked this particular weekend because as of last year statistics, this time last year was an average of 80° and had zero rainfall for this month, those that were there last year understand the first day we were there. It rained pretty good, and it was not cool, as of right now, I will be only releasing the dates. I will also be giving you the address and the website for the campgrounds, technically the campgrounds are closed right now, so you need to go to the website and you need to reserve your reservations through the website, I have talked to Lisa and she is going to set up our whole group along the waterfront, there is a nice balcony walkway in which everybody can mingle with the other members of the group, very easily, and don’t worry, Denny you will still have your fifth wheel spot. As usual, everybody is responsible for making their own reservations this year, I am only reserving my campsite, and it is up to you to reserve yours through the website, Lisa understands when you make your reservation through the website, she will put us in the waterfront area, there will be much more information that follows such as the T-shirt sales and also this year I will also have a truck decal sticker in which we will be selling, I will have a post of that information once everything is secured as far as the T-shirt and sticker prints, below will be the name and the address and the website, I am really hoping to see everybody there from last year, as well as some new faces, please, PM, me if you have any questions and I will see to it that I answer them the best I can, now that y’all have the dates let’s set the time aside and make this happen guys!!

Ok fish fam,I want to say this again,as it’s time sensitive,technically,the Camp Grounds are not open to the public for booking sites right now,but because Lisa is an awesome host,she is opening up 8 waterfront camp sites just for us,and more if needed, now, even though the campsite is not open for public booking, the sites she made available for us are on her online booking website, which means if somebody haphazardly decides to look to see if there’s any booking available they are going to see the site open online and they could possibly take them even though they are meant for us. That’s the unfortunate part of it being online, I hope I am conveying this point correctly to everybody, if you plan on going, and you want a waterfront area with the group, do it as soon as possible before somebody else happens to see it, and they could grab a spot,and end up in between us in campsites or something like that, I am not trying to beat a dead horse here I am merely trying to give everybody as much of a heads up ahead of time as I possibly can , again I am looking forward to an awesome weekend and meeting new people and seeing a bunch of old friends 🎣

Ok fish fam,please read this entire post as it has important info!! Understand I do not make a dime off of t shirts/decals or anything! In fact last year I lost a bit over $100 of my own money,again ,learning curve.I willingly volunteer to do this so everyone can have a good time,that’s it,so with that said….. This is the t shirt design for this years M&G as well as the window decal we came up with. This year I will only be offering short sleeve T-shirts, they will be black, and once again the print will be on the front, I think the blue transfer on the black T-shirt really pops. The T-shirts this year will be $25 apiece and this year I am going to have a cut off date of April 1st for ordering the T-shirts, that will give me enough time to purchase the shirts, the transfers, allow for shipping of everything and time for us to print them, the cut off is April 1st, no exceptions. You must send me a PM and tell me what size you want. I have a Venmo account you can pay for the shirt then if you do not do Venmo, you can give me the money when you see me at the campgrounds, by you purchasing a shirt, and only if you purchase a shirt , your name will go into a raffle that we will have Saturday night, the raffle will be for a Bass Pro Shop gift card, as of right now the card will be a $100 gift card, depending on the amount of sales of the T-shirt that card amount will go up, I do not make, or keep any money, I will hand out a raffle ticket at the campgrounds to everyone that has bought a T-shirt, I will make myself 100% available and you will need to get with me at some point before Saturday in order to get your T-shirt and the raffle ticket,and there will be one winner for the Bass Pro Card. now for the window decal, it will be vinyl,it will be a indoor/outdoor sticker, and it will be glossy, the decal will be $5 each and the money that is raised from the decal sales will go into two raffles, also for Bass Pro Shop Gift Cards, again, the dollar amount of those gift cards depend upon the sales of the decals. For the decals, I am putting a ordering deadline date of May 1st again, no exceptions.This year I will not be doing a group barbecue, again, last year was a learning curve, and I am not doing that again, this year, you will be responsible for ALL OF YOUR OWN MEALS the whole weekend, again I am not providing a barbecue this time. The online booking is not open to the general public, it is only open to us right now, when you do a booking online with the campground, you will automatically be put into a waterfront campsite, everybody seems to be paying attention to the posts and actually making their reservations early, like I said, if the campsites are no longer available PM me and I will have them open up more sites for us immediately, hopefully this clarifies things

1 When you book online, there is a note box, please mark down in the note box that you are with the Meet n Greet that way Lisa can group us together and she knows when to open up more campsites as the numbers she has set aside for us get filled up
2 Lisa also informed me, she will be opening the online booking to the general public on February 1St as of February 1st it will be a free-for-all, so please try and make your reservations before then in order to guarantee you are within the group camp sites
