D Kelley,

I have a suggestion. This will work since I caught a 21 inch rainbow trout trolling around Irvine Lake in a huge circle.
In the late 60s, my friend and I rented an aluminum boat with a motor to troll around the Irvine Lake in Orange County, CA.
I read an article in the Outdoor Life Magazine about trolling for large fish in lakes, a few months earlier.
There was an illustration of a bass plug that sinks moderately deep to attach to the leader (about 4 feet) with a swivel to the main line. Add a dropper leader with a swivel(from the front of the leader of 1 1/2 feet) with a 3 split shots weight directly in front of a streamer (grey or white/grey color). This will resemble a larger fish chasing after a minnow. The rig will attract the intended trout to go after the streamer in competition with the larger fish.
Troll out the rig at 2 to 3 mph after a distance from the shore about 200 feet. Continue to troll at about 2 to 3 mph in a large circle, keeping far enough distance from shore from the fishing people with lines out as to not get caught of their lines. Don't make any sharp turns or else the rig may reach the bottom and snag and lose the rig.
Let us all know of how you had results. Hoping you will catch a big one.
By the way, I had my church congregation member who told me about the time that he was a pastor of a church in Pennsylvania who encountered bigfoot when he was 10 years old. He and his male friend of the same age and his beagle dog went into the wooded on his farm, after Sunday church service. They saw the creature playing pick-a-boo behind a tree. They all headed home to get his 22 rifle. Heading back to the exact place, the bigfoot was gone.
Do you have seen or heard about bigfoot in your area? I collect stories of bigfoot as I'm an avid trout fisherman in the Eastern High Sierras. Only Christian should apply since they aren't to lie. Jim biblemanjmy@mail.com
