Hey Jerry how you been? Hope you’re doing good. I been kinda wondering too. Last Year Bric had venison Jerky so I asked on one of the M/G strings of there was going to be a Jerky Convention. Well I think many would like to go again. It’s one of things that definitely comes to mind now with Holidays over for another year.

If we can't get something formal, we gotta just find a place informal----
Clear lake was a central place for most everyone---
Happy holidays and keeps in touch---

Ove been thinking about our easr coast M&G at Bald Eagle. Might break time to start planning, especially if we're going to do like we did last year.

I agree my friend. I honestly believe that lake Berryessa would be a better option for the next event. Great campgrounds at Markey Cove, Putah Creek and Pleasure cove resorts plus no restrictions as as far as fellow stagers showing up! Plus a lot more protected areas to fish if the weather gets bad! Clear lake has limited campgrounds and is expensive! And the lake can get real ugly and unsafe when the weather doesn’t cooperate! Folks have had some ugly days there on the water! We have camped at Putah Creek resort for many years. Great camping and many sites where u can beach your boat each nite. Pleasure cove resort also has good cabin accommodations if you don’t want to camp! And great campgrounds! Hopefully we can consider these resorts as an option! Plus fishing can be great! Berryessa, I’m in!

Don’t want to step on anyone’s toes I know that this has been Rhyno’s event. Everyone has appreciated his effort in putting on the event. It’s just my personal opinion!

I agree on everything. I just think fishing is marginal at Clearlake. All good either way. Just a suggestion. I think if someone went Catfishing at CL they could have good odds.

I love the group so far and look forward to more people. Is fish edible in Berryessa?

Yeah eating the fish is fine. They also have a great trout and salmon population
