Checks are the least secure way of paying for anything. They actually always were but were very common.

They have your routing number and your account number which with those two numbers a lot can be done. The checks have your name phone numbers and addresses etc usually as well. A check with all this information has everything for someone to steal your identity or at least rip you off very easily.

I think we live at a time where there's much change happening all the time, and a lot of it isn't for the good. But I have read the end of the book so we don't have to be surprised with the changes.

Actually it’s always ( since personal checks were used ) been this way but today there are more people that use them to rip you off. It’s easy enough to NOT use them.
