I subscribe to his YouTube channel and he provides great fishing reports :-) I used to live up in Livermore, California (East Bay Area) and I wish we had someone like him in SoCal now that I live in Oxnard now :-) Maybe I should create one :-)

He is retiring as of January. He will produce videos on a limited basis and he will no longer have his weekly fishing report. He going to specialize on installing high end electronics on boats and offer individual instructions and tutorials on how to operate them. He also might do an occasional guiding trip.

That's a bummer :-( Maybe his partner(s) will take over on the weekly reports? He deserves to slow down :-) But it sounds like his direction on working with high end electronics has become a passion for him, especially Livescope :-)

He announced it on one of his weekly reports this past November. Maybe he might change his mind. He does have a lot of followers.Personally I’m not into all the new electronics but he is very knowledgeable in regards to them and folks are definitely starting to use them especially Livescan and Sidescan.i can see where there would be a market for his knowledge and expertise in properly installing and understanding all their features! To much for me, I just enjoy fishing!!!

I watched a guy last week who was fishing a shoreline adjacent to us. He spent more time with his head down reading all his fancy electronics on his bow then he did casting and fishing! But what ever floats your boat. it is basically throwing the pro bass circuit on its head. It’s become more of a hunting event rather then a fishing event! And tournament sponsors wonder why viewership has dropped so much in the last year or two .If I ever get to that point, I’ll try dynamite!! Much cheaper and more effective!!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
