So true. Just hope the damage being done now can b protected or repaired when this time comes.

Don did any and all damage to himself. When many kept saying he will be great because he is NOT a Politician already. Well that’s so true. He also didn’t listen to ANY good advice from others. He didn’t act lawfully and here we are all ready to see what DAMAGE he did to himself….. let alone to our country.

It’s sad anyone considers themselves a good American and supports what Donald Trump caused on J****** 6th.

All of these proceedings are to teach i***ts there is things that are not acceptable. It will be a really bad thing if he gets away with all this. The fools that followed through for Trump ( public / retired cops etc ) and ended up in deep trouble for their actions on J** 6th but Donald is allowed to walk away Scott free.

Has he been convicted? Until he is, it's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, so this act is unlawful.

He paid his Porno Girlfriend off to settle out of court because he knew he was guilty. Is it acceptable to say someone is guilty of a crime that is recorded on cameras and microphones? He was guilty of both offenses he was impeached for. Majority Rules and Mitch McConnell is why it was dropped. Yeah he is guilty. I saw plenty of videos of him and then more videos after his cronies told him to stop incriminating himself but he couldn’t… gotta keep flapping gums. He always used money in the past to do wrong. This time the money is NOT accepted. He ripped so many people off in business. Look at anyone that didn’t submit to him when they said this is illegal…. He ruined them. It would only be right for Donald to pay for his actions.

So wouldn’t falsely and illegally trying to overturn the e******n results be considered letting politics interfere with the law? It’s almost entertaining to see how much many here support this criminal named Donald Trump.

Being a Republican or wh**ever is fine but constantly defending their illegal and corrupt ways is not acceptable according to our founders.

You go though. The stage ( literally) is all yours. We all have our eyes on it.

Jeremy I respect your view but don’t understand your judgement on Any person without evidence or court convictions. As said previously you have judged, tried and convicted him in your own mind.

Maybe he did all that. All I said was he hasn't been convicted yet. I'll say the same thing about Biden and his son. The law is the law, it doesn't work for one and not the other or it don't work at all.

Trumps been a Crook for his entire life. He was born into a family of them. Time has already told this simple fact. The sad thing is so many still are fooled by him.

The only reason he wants to delay this thing is to try and use the office of President to pardon himself.

If this is a legal and acceptable practice by one side or President is it acceptable for all of them? Just curious? Seems it’s ok if whoever you support does something but NOT ok if the other side does it.

If your buddies post this stuff constantly don’t you expect people to comment?

It seems it’s the whole reason it’s a constant on Fishingstage anymore. Yeah I don’t think Trump is innocent because of his own stupidity and statements. He could have taken good advice many years ago by zipping his lip.

There is so much evidence of his wrongdoing. Any sane person would understand this fact.

For the majority of Trump’s term his worshippers constantly said if he doesn’t win there will be a Civil War. That statement was all over social media by his worshippers. That in itself proves his followers and Worshippers do NOT believe in our country in the first place including Democracy.

Don’t talk wars since we are in three (3) now. He has never been found guilty of anything. You or I could also be called a crook based on that, well at least me I know for sure.

Does calling Don the Con offend you? Is it derogatory to say it like it is? Is that A crime now? Can a claim freedom of speech? From what I have witnessed lately freedom of speech means we can all say wh**ever we want and it doesn’t even have to be true.

I not once said you can’t say what you want but for a guy that gives lectures on r****m you would think you would never call anyone a disparaging name. You have all the right that our constitution gives us and so should everyone else. It is just too bad those on the right do not. Why would anybody ever call someone a convict when they have never been convicted of anything. I just think maybe that person does not know what the definition of the word really is.

Regarding the "charge i**********n disqualification to be an officer of the state":

The Supreme Court on “Officer of the United States” as used in the Constitution

United States v. Smith, 124 U.S. 525 (1888) (Field, J.):

“An officer of the United States can only be appointed by the president, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, or by a court of law, or the head of a department. A person in the service of the government who does not derive his position from one of these sources is not an officer of the United States in the sense of the constitution. This subject was considered and determined in U.S. v. Germaine, 99 U.S. 508 [(1878)], and in the recent case of U.S. v. Mouat, 124 U.S. --, ante, 505 [(1888)]. What we have here said is but a repetition of what was there authoritatively declared.”

Id. at 532 (emphasis added).

I suggest that this authoritative statement goes far to establish that the President of the United States is not an “officer of the United States.” And so Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which is part of the Constitution, and which uses “officer of the United States”-language, does not extend to the presidency.

Seth Barrett Tillman, ‘The Supreme Court on “Officer of the United States” as used in the Constitution,’ New Reform Club (Jan. 11, 2024, 3:50 PM), <https://reformclub.blogspot.com/2024/01/the-supreme-court-on-officer-of-united.html>;

Jeremy with all due respect. I would never consider you or call u or consider u as being un-American as you did above.
Also as for being i***ts as u stated above, guess if a person does not worship your words, lies and made up ideas, I’m proud to bear that title
Thank God that our fore-fathers did not have the warped mind-set that you display in your name-calling and classifications of GREAT American citizens.
I see the hypocrisy in your mind, actions and beliefs. It really shows what type of person you are.
There is help out there and you should seek some.
You really need to take the diaper off and get the pacifier out and attempt to become a man.
