Don did any and all damage to himself. When many kept saying he will be great because he is NOT a Politician already. Well that’s so true. He also didn’t listen to ANY good advice from others. He didn’t act lawfully and here we are all ready to see what DAMAGE he did to himself….. let alone to our country.

It’s sad anyone considers themselves a good American and supports what Donald Trump caused on J****** 6th.

All of these proceedings are to teach i***ts there is things that are not acceptable. It will be a really bad thing if he gets away with all this. The fools that followed through for Trump ( public / retired cops etc ) and ended up in deep trouble for their actions on J** 6th but Donald is allowed to walk away Scott free.

He paid his Porno Girlfriend off to settle out of court because he knew he was guilty. Is it acceptable to say someone is guilty of a crime that is recorded on cameras and microphones? He was guilty of both offenses he was impeached for. Majority Rules and Mitch McConnell is why it was dropped. Yeah he is guilty. I saw plenty of videos of him and then more videos after his cronies told him to stop incriminating himself but he couldn’t… gotta keep flapping gums. He always used money in the past to do wrong. This time the money is NOT accepted. He ripped so many people off in business. Look at anyone that didn’t submit to him when they said this is illegal…. He ruined them. It would only be right for Donald to pay for his actions.

Regarding the "charge i**********n disqualification to be an officer of the state":

The Supreme Court on “Officer of the United States” as used in the Constitution

United States v. Smith, 124 U.S. 525 (1888) (Field, J.):

“An officer of the United States can only be appointed by the president, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, or by a court of law, or the head of a department. A person in the service of the government who does not derive his position from one of these sources is not an officer of the United States in the sense of the constitution. This subject was considered and determined in U.S. v. Germaine, 99 U.S. 508 [(1878)], and in the recent case of U.S. v. Mouat, 124 U.S. --, ante, 505 [(1888)]. What we have here said is but a repetition of what was there authoritatively declared.”

Id. at 532 (emphasis added).

I suggest that this authoritative statement goes far to establish that the President of the United States is not an “officer of the United States.” And so Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which is part of the Constitution, and which uses “officer of the United States”-language, does not extend to the presidency.
