Go on Utube and look up Allen Fong Fishing videos. He is from the Stockton area and fishes it regularly for stripers. He has a lot of good videos pertaining to striper fishing in that area. I know that the striper fishing has been hot recently in the delta. Not sure about the Stockton area. Good luck!
