Just got home from Walmart. We ended up taking 95kids shopping. Paid 14,616.00 for all of them. The kids sure were having a great time. I believe the chaperones had a better time. Now I am ready for Christmas. Merry Christmas to all and a happy and healthy New Year

Yes we have been doing this since 1997. Started taking 25 with 50.00 each child. We try to take 120 kids now but some don’t show up.

That’s what we started with. We let them spend 150.00 now. We have slot machines here in New Mexico and a big part of what is taken in must be spent on charity. The shopping spree is our biggest charity. I just wish that we could do more for our community.

Wow $ 150.00 is well worth showing up. Kids that did not don't know what they missed.

I don’t think it’s the kids fault, parents have to get them there. We have the shopping at 0600.
