I like them, yours is nice.

I’m thinking it would be stable on the water with the Tri-hull, floor and seats look good. The 50HP is a good size, and the bow motor is a bonus. You kept it in good condition for a lot of years. Congrats to you.

Thanks DV TRACKER,actually found this on Craigslist last summer. It had not been in water since 1999 last wildlife sticker.Engine was rebuilt in 20,along with new trailer tires ,but they never used it.Yes it it very stable in the water and the 50hp pushes it along 26,27 mph plenty fast.70s Era 12/24 Erude trolling motor, works very well.went to see it and knew just needed some tlc, worked good for me.

Wow…you found it on Craig’s list, a lot of stuff on there. I sold a John Deere diesel tractor on Craig’s list and the guy that bought it was from VA and I’m located in PA.

With the engine being rebuilt, and the trolling motor working well, that makes the boat even nicer. Mid 20’s is a good cruising speed. New trailer tires are another bonus, all sounds good. Wishing you good fishing and thanks for sharing.

I saw one here, like that same color $225 but I wouldn't have the slightest idea on how to restore it

That’s a great find. Although, if those “new” tires are from 2020 they are no longer “new”.. Tires rot from the inside over time. Believe me, I learned the expensive way. When a perfectly good (looking) old tire exploded on my fifth wheel and tore a hole in the floor and beat up the side on a road trip in rural Wyoming. Stopped in the next town and replaced all four tires. So new tires are cheap, compared to the damage caused by a blow out, Just Say’n… 🐟on

Yep, I’ve got the Goodyears, too. I learned my lesson on cheap foreign tires. And at 5 miles, no problem. Enjoy your new boat… 🐟on

I'm in the middle of re-restoring my 1983 Lund American. I got it 5 years ago when it was headed to the scrap yard. The first year was some new flooring and carpet, but mostly getting it to stop leaking. The trailer is a Shorelander roller. When I made part of it a part bunk trailer the rivet repair held. Now the trailer is entirely a bunk trailer . The particle board was replaced with oak, new seats and carpet (2nd time) and this time I took all the paint off, down to the bear aluminum. So far all I have got done is the primer paint done. The live well leaked so I ripped it out yesterday and am making a new one because you have to be a dealer to purchase new liners. The 70hp Johnson was rebuilt last year so in 2024 I should have a "new" old boat. So yes, old fishing boats are fun.

5 or 500 miles. It only takes a few miles to warm up the tires. A blow out and or accident still cost the same. If you can afford to restore a car, you can afford a couple of tires to protect your investment, yourself and others around you. "I should have" does no good if you hurt or kill someone. Please, don't push the odds.
Nice boat. Live to enjoy it.

Really nice older boat there, Dixie.
Just cause it's old, don't mean you need to discard it. (Goes for people also)

I have stored tires for 8-10 years without any issues. Store out of sunlght and in a cool dry place. Jack up your trailer and put safety jacks under your boat trailer tires if not used off season. My tractor tires are 12 years old and no checking, etc.
