I just read a article about the healthiest cereal. The answer was Cheerios. Not surprising, but I was surprised that my two favorite cereals didn't make the top ten.
I guess Rasian Brian has added sugar to the Rasians.
I was almost certain that plan Shredded Wheat would make the list, but it didn't.
What is your favorite cereal?

Right now it would be Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds.
As a kid I likes Frosted Flakes. They're GRRREEAT !

Funny you should ask. I eat Cheerios with a 1/2 cup of blueberries, every morning. Been doing it for a few years now. Don’t know how I got started on it. I get the two pack at Costco. A box a week. Who knew it was good for me…

My favorite COLD cereal is Cheerios, but I prefer HOT cereals like oatmeal, rice, and cream of wheat.

We must be connected some how Dave, I do the same but I add a small handful of chopped walnuts. Also been doing it for a long time ⌛️

I use wild blueberries, supposed to be better for you

Love them grits, especially accompanied by bacon and eggs over easy.
On off days or cold days, oatmeal or cream of wheat work great for me.
Honey Bunches Of Oats With Almonds or good ol’ Wheaties or Total are my cold cereal choices.

My favorite overall is a good granola. That oat/ nuts/dry fruit combo just dies it for me.
