Well let's see, Every state in the country has : C&R areas, C&R seasons, minimum/maximum lengths which require C&R for all fish out of their designated specific lengths.
I guess all the fish management people and biologists are all WRONG and you and your bumper stickers should be the law of the land. It must be a tough life you live, being the smartest man on the planet, but NO one bows to you.
