Hi Garey. I googled the place in Matzalan and it sounds awesome!! The prices would be worth it for how fantastic the fishing is there. My travel agent former daughter in law has been there and loves it there. Checked on house prices there and I could sell my house in Alpine and buy a larger one there and have around $500000 left for play money. If I fished there I probably wouldn’t fish in SD area again. I’ll email you Friday afternoon and let you know what the prognosis is for my rehab PT and timeline when we can get back after the fish on the bay. Larry W.
