Good morning. 41/56 with a 60% chance of rain. Then colder temperatures the rest of the week with on to mid 40’s. Guess I may need to bump the heat up. What a year of uncertainties or unpredictable weather.Mo matter what comes or way. We are still blessed with a roof over our head. Food to eat and clothes to dress accordingly. Be safe out there. Good morning everyone, wondered when someone was going to start the show. Son Ben got a nice little 8 pt. yesterday afternoon so today I believe today will be a processing day although it looks like we’re in for some temps. that may allow for some meat aging.

bk, I like to quarter my dear up and put it in a ice chest leave the drain plug off and keep ice on it for 3 to 5 days it draws all the blood out of the meat👍
I'm grinding and cut one up today, hope you have a great day buddy 🙏

32deg out here and all is quite.. nice still morning.. I think its supposed to get close to 50 deg but rain this evening.

Good morning all. Off to the hospital. Freak thing happened to Cassie. After her Wednesday surgery things were coming along. She ended up having a 4 1/2 hour emergency surgery yesterday afternoon for a perforated bowel. Totally unrelated to her breast biopsy surgery.
