To the best of my knowledge, cast nets are not allowed anywhere in Washington. I sur wish you could find something to prove me wrong. They are a lot of fun

I think both Lake Pleasant and Bartlett lake are in central Arizona. I had a ranch about a half mile from the Castle Creek arm of lake Pleasant for 25 years and I don't think I was in Washington State.

Not in Washington. I have never looked outside the Juan De Fuca Straits but can't remember seeing any where it is legal in this state.
