I’m making a blueberry-peach pie and using a butter + crisco recipe for the crust. I’ve always used straight crisco cause the crust turns out super-flaky. Mmmm, pie. Have a fine Saturday, everyone.

I like that idea. Something different. Should be interesting. May find a staple for next year.

Betts, you go ahead and use butter and crisco for your pie crusts I'll stick with good old fashioned lard it's what my mama and grandma used so lard is good enough for me makes excellent pie crusts
