The Main section is for fishing topics. The General Chit Chat is for non fishing topics.

Go to the top of the page and select Home and it will list all the different sections. There are a few more

I have wondered that but it’s sort of a social media for fisher men and women, for us to communicate about fishing and whatever else

Just because we are all fishermen or women doesn't mean that's all we have to discuss. One of the things I like on here is the humorous posts, I also like the nature pictures some like to post. It's also a place we can ask for advice on pretty much any topic and get answers from some who know or have been in similar situations.
This time of year a lot of fishermen turn to hunting and we enjoy those posts as well. I think you should consider this a sportsman's site.

Fishing stage was separated with 3 sections when I joined and admin decided to make it more difficult to navigate by intermingling the sections with each other. It has made it quite confusing to locate just the fishing segments. It was formated as Main then Introductions of new members and lastly General Chit Chat. I guess ADMIN KNOWS BEST. They have made it all very jumbled and confusing to follow for sure. IMO

Ok. I look to this site for fishing Data, information, technique's that catch fish and other info like current lake conditions and if it is worth making a 70 Mile drive to be able to get out and fish. This is how I personally use this site. I can’t get this data from someone sharing a great cookie recipe. I’m not saying people shouldn’t use the site for other things I just wonder if it’s prudent to use fishing stage to discuss cookies. To answer your question of course we talk about other things. We are however already there and fishing. Again, from the responses, it all depends what each of us want to get from the site. Thanks for your question. Hope you have a great day!
