Got on the lake at sunrise and the Duck hunters were way ahead of me. I tried some new areas within the main end of the lake. I couldn't get to a little cove where I've had some luck with some bigger perch. There were two separate boats full of duck hunters and on the point going in there was another boat of guys watching the lake side of a sandbar.
So I gave these guys lots of room. ( They all have shotguns) I have an ultralight pole 🤪. I did ok but boy was it chilly with a very overcast sky and NNW winds, it's trying to blow some snow in this area . Also caught a 2&1/2# LM , a cat , that I gave to my neighbor in room 1 , and a bunch of small perch with a few keepers the biggest being 13" . Got off the lake at 2pm not much action in the last hour or so. Still using crawlers. Take what the good Lord allows with no complaints🙏🤗🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🇺🇲🇺🇲
