Had a bumper day on the river today and got a little fish slime on the thumb.
Had a great day today weather was great very little wind and they were biting. We filled up a stringer and a strap with fish today. We started out trolling size 200 bandit crank baits and caught some nice white bass some in the 2 lb range. After the sun got high we went to some back bay’s off the main river and got into the crappies. We used jig and slip bobber’s. I used a 1/16 oz jig with a red and chartreuse tube size 1.5. M buddy was using a hair jig.

That’s what I’m thinking. Had a friend years ago get a bacterial infection in an open wound when he was fishing and decided to take a swim in the Sacramento River. Hospitalized and sick for months. Almost died. So be careful, Mike…

Great fishing gentlemen. We could have snuck in a few more days on the lake but a few weeks of winter like weather, some with snow, pushed me to park our boat indoors for winter time refurbished, meaning a complete redo inside and out. So we are happy to see you still at it, and keep those bragging pictures coming.
