Black Sea Bass off Westerly

On Sunday, Nov. 5, went out on the Finomenal with Capt Dave of Magic Charters. 6 of us limited out on Sea Bass (42) by 2 pm with some real slobs in the box. Then we tried for blackfish for about 45 minutes. Only 1 keeper. The mate, Birch, had all 42 Sea Bass filleted and skinned by the time we hit the dock. Now a whole bunch of sea bass fillets are vacuum-packed and in my freezer for winter. What a beautiful day, like May.
