Welcome Frank. Hope you have a good trip down to Fripp Island. Should be a lot of Reds, Trout and Flounder to be caught. Charleston isn't to far away and the fishing should be about the same. I'm out of town but my friend went out yesterday and got 66 fish. All of the three I mentioned. He was using live bait and his partner was using grubs. Good luck.
