Kayak fishing Little Manatee this week and beyond. Any suggestions for bait and rigs? Any fish is OK catch and release!
Thanks
Fish moving water around deeper channels and holes oyster bars are good and moving
deeper water next to mangroves is good .
Shrimp catches everything.
Live shrimp is best.

Elm, If east back up the river the snook are on fire and Red's aren't doing bad, use a super spook, or for live bait get you some 3-4" pins and free line them, the snook seems to be up the river feeding right now.
Fish the first part of the falling tide.
Wish you the best of luck, Chuck
Live shrimp. Everything likes shrimp. Try a knocker rig or a fish finder rig. Live lining a shrimp with just a little split shot works well too. I’m not a fan of circle hooks, but that’s just my opinion. Don’t use too big of a hook. I usually use 1/0 or 2/0. If the only thing biting is Pinfish I scale down to a size 1 or 2 hook.
Good luck 🐟🎣

L93, your right everything loves shrimp 😂 but I fish for game fish, that's why I don't like using shrimp..
Just my opinion 🎣🎣
