I got my buddy Ray out today for some perch fishing in his yac. He doesn't get out very often because he's still working age 🥴. He did good , he got 3 nice cats, a bass on a perch that he just hung over the side to get his other pole. Super cool. And lots of perch with 6 nice keepers. His fish are in the cooler pic. The wind picked up pretty bad about noon and since we were anchored we both had some wave action over the sides a couple times. Nothing serious but enough to get everything wet on the floors of our yac's . I started out just before sunrise and was busy all morning using two poles. Got into some bigger ones today with the best one 13&1/2 " and a few 12+ " , I kept 15 and threw everything under 10" back. Also took 6 gills and one nice crappie. . The lake was a little on the angry side today but we had a blast. It was nice having someone there just in case something went south for either one of us. I would not have been out past 10 am if I was by myself. Not another sole on the lake. 🙄.🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🇺🇲🇺🇲.
