Some might recall, I posted a couple pictures last week of a monster Xcountry meet and some of the girls who competed. My granddaughter was one of them. Well they ran the Catholic Conference championships today and one if her teammates won it and Kate finished 10th overall for a slot on the Delaware conference All Star team. After taking over a minute and a half last week she takes another 30 seconds of on the same course. I am really proud of the work and dedication of this young lady, second from left.

Congrats to Kate, she's working very hard to keep improving her times. Tough indeed. Give her an Attagirl from me Jimmy.
Grandkids are great and so much fun to spoil. Enjoy your time with them.
Very cool, congrats to her and best of luck to her the rest of the way!

I ran distance in high school, and to improve that much on her time, this time of the year is a huge improvement. Usually, mid season, you hit your stride, in your times.
Congratulations to her.
