I've thought it's time to put the surf fishing cart away, dust off the kayak, and catch some fiddler crabs. I'll post some pictures if I have anything to take a picture of.

Take a scraper along with you (a flat point shovel works) and go around the piling and scrape some barnacles off and that'll drawing the sheepshead in, wish you the best of luck 🎣🎣 Chuck

Hey Jack, what is your way of catching fiddler crabs? I am here on the gulf side and find it difficult to find good Fiddler crab territory and then catching them. Thanks

The best way to get fiddler's for bait is to get a pan about 4" to 6" deep and find a place where they are lots of them and dig a hole the same size of the pan and leave the edge of the pan just a hair lower than the sand and they will run right off into the pan and can't get out, come back in a hour or two and you'll have all you need to go fishing 🎣🎣 let me know how you do. Thanks Chuck 🙏
