Any suggestions our help on the fishing at salt river?
For trout (now that it is being stocked), I recommend fishing at Pebble Beach, Blue Point, or Sheep's Crossing (below the pool). For bass, I recommend Granite Recreation Area and in the pools from Water's Users to the Dam.
What kind of bait ? also I would like to fly fish any recommendations would be much appreciated
I am not a fly fisherperson so I can't answer the second question. Since the trout are stocked, Powerbait works great and is my go-to. For bass, I use soft plastics. I kayak-fish at Granite Reef so I use the current to float the soft-plastic.
