Hi , my name is Ron , retired and I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC 3 years ago. I’ve fished some in Murralls Inlet and on the Waccamaw River and I want to do lake fishing again. 2 hrs from my home is Lake Moultrie. I took my aluminum 16 ‘ bass boat there and it was so big I didn’t know where to start. Can anyone with experience there , give me some pointers on getting started there and possibly where to stay on the lake for a few days of serious large mouth bass and or l crappie fishing ? I love topwater but any good lake fishing there would be appreciated. I fished up North all my life and don’t want to give up now that I have more time.
PLEASE HELP ! Thanks Ron

Ron
since the lake is huge and you know nothing about it
hire a guide
It will cost you maybe a couple hundred
but if you are planning to fish this lake regularly'it will be more than worth it
good luck guy
and latch on to a bigun
I always did well fishing near the I95 bridge at upper end of the lake. Both bass and panfish.
