My wife got her first Sheepie, the one in the net. All tooled, we got 7 and just shy of 12lbs of fillets for the freezer. All were caught on shrimp heads and sandfleas/mole crabs.

The meat tastes a lot like crab or lobster, it's called "Poor Man's Lobster" up north, VERY tasty meat. I made some of the flllets into a fish pie with shrimp and crab, leeks, carrots, onions and a Shepherd's pie topping of mashed potatoes, cheddar and Grana Padano cheese with a splash of heavy cream.
