Went on the willow island pool of the Ohio River yesterday. Caught 6 walleye some hybrid stripes and white bass biggest walleye was around 19” and my buddy got his PB white bass a 2 pounder. I used my cast net and got some really nice shad and we fished them live on a Carolina rig. We fished around pleasant power plant discharge. That’s the power plant where 51 construction workers lost their lives when the cooling tower scaffolding collapsed. That was in 1978.

That's great Mike and that's a dandy white bass. I remember when that cooling tower collapsed🤦

My dad was a carpenter on that job, I lost 17 friends and 2 family members when the cooling tower scaffolding collapsed. Congrats on your catching Mike
