Dr Lake is pretty brackish so you'll catch freshwater and saltwater species, often depending upon how much rain we've had. Shrimp will catch both. Docks, cattails, blow-downs, and lily pads can hold bass. Plastic worms work best for me.

Thanks a bunch, I see the bass tournament going out of Whities fish camp all summer long with some pretty impressive catches, but I just didn’t think they were coming from the lake. Maybe way down south. Idk

The Thursday night tournaments are short so they don't have time to go as far. They can go farther on weekends.
