With work beating down my neck and traveling out of town daily I’m officially a weekend warrior this year. That being said I decided to take first decent buck that gave me an opportunity. Got this Sunday evening a nice healthy 10 pt filed dressed 175#. Got hot dogs brats deer sticks and of course butterflied tenderloins. Now to get a doe or two for jerky and canning.

I’m happy don’t get me wrong just enjoy being out in woods so much hate it to be over. But I’ve got a giant that I’ve put my dad on. Since he’s retired made sense for him to pursue him as he has more time. I feel it’s just me paying him back for all the years he put me onto great deer hunting opportunities. This one is a dandy and I’m looking forward to dad harvesting him.

That is a moose!!! Good luck to your dad! Share some pics when he harvests him. I Couldn’t think of a better way to pay your dad back.
