Good luck. I’ve always wanted to fish there during the off season. Maybe some day.

Today's update made it to Jamestown and was told couldn't get room till after 3:00. So got all my shopping done. So tomorrow will be first day on water. Word is that walleye are biting since it's been raining allot up here. Tomorrow supposed be rain all day so have to break out the rain gear.

Shouldn't have to fight for position on the water this time of year and with rain. Could be some good fishing. Good luck!

First day on water and it was tough. Caugh one perch and that was the only bite. Cold and wet water temp is higher than what I wanted (57 degrees). Hopefully the weather improves.

Well won't be catching anything today! The old body decided to act up. Over did it yesterday. Be back on my feet tomorrow. Getting geared up today to move out into deeper water in hopes of finding feeding fish.

Made it out today caught another perch. With north winds this lake shuts down. Good news is that starting to see fish 🐟on the Garmin's. Now just need to figure out what bait they want.

Today's report is an improvement. Still nothing to show although had big muskie on and it broke line. Had another nice fish on and all of sudden nothing. The hook actually broke. Did do my normal caught one perch.

It has come down to they removed the weeds and that has destroyed the bass and walleye fishing that was what I enjoyed. It was the cover that the fish used for safety and where the baitfish could hide. Yes there are fish but you have to fish deep. I'm trying the adapt but not having much luck.

Do you have downriggers??

If not, maybe this chart will help you. Its a depth and weight chart in PDF format.
