Went to local pier last night to catch out going tide. Heard from friend some big fish starting to move south. My oldest son landed one and I had one break off. Better days ahead! Saw large flocks of Egrets gathering in some trees nearby. Never saw so many at once, attached video. Good night!

Wow, that is a lot of Egrets. I've never seen that many together either.
Nice catch from the boy. Were y'all able to keep it. We just have an 18 inch minimum, 2 fish limit out here.
Supposedly they are goin to a slot limit here for next year. We'll see.

One fish 28”to38” and a slot 28”-32. Mostly just catch release but wait to keep one occasionally if it’s gut hook etc…Birds we’re crazy all circling to nest in trees on an island. We also have mass Monarch migration on island I’m working on I’m gonna post some pics later those who interested. Thanks!

Wow that's a BIG fish slot limit.
We have a "Personal" limit of 30 inches. If a fish is over 30 inches we release it.
Frequently we even release them if they are 28 inches or more. That's just us though.

Got that right! I looked on local sight should have went to state sight, don’t want to spread misinformation.👍🏻

That’s rare the whole coast ever agree on limits. I rarely keep any I mainly like the hunt. Used to harvest a couple a year for my mom only because she’s ask every time I went lol.
