I don’t know but I would start with the manufacturer of the car, then the batteries maker, and the charging station owner. He probably feels like he’s been to Hell and back.

In slo mo it looked like the item came out from within the car. What ever it was smacked that guy down alright.

Looks like it came from the back of the car and it looks like it could be a fuel cell that blew up from a spark of from one the batteries most of these car still have a small tanks alone with the batteries 😂 I'm with y'all can't really tell😂😂😂
