Caught channel cats and four hybrid stripers this morning at Blue Marsh Lake. Below are pics of the largest fish. It was overcast with a slight breeze the entire morning and light rain for two hours. Air temp was 59 and rose to 63 by lunch, water at 66.

Also, a pic of small fish on sonar, saw schools like this frequently throughout the morning, probably 20. The predator fish are eating good.

Thank you Slim. Those hybrids are nice looking fish. I did catch one about 9”s, it was lightly hooked, got it back into the water quickly, tried reviving it, but no use, it floated on its side away from the boat. I felt bad, but a short time later a big gray bird with long legs and long beak landed next to it and swallowed the whole fish, headfirst. At least the bird had a meal.
