Interested in any fishing reports on White mountain lakes in Arizona. Used to do a lot of fishing and camping in the White mountains of Arizona my favorites are drift fence lake, reservation lake, or anywhere that the trout are biting. Going to be going up in October to do some fishing probably at reservation lake possibly Hawley lake. The Lakes on the Reservation close in November so this will be my last chance to fish in 2023.

I am heading up to Woods Canyon next week to see if the bite has picked up. I will let you know how I do.

Hi names Mark born and raised in Tucson went to Rincon. Been going to white mountains for 45 years and Reservation Lake has always been my favorite, but also like Black River and Greer but getting to reservation lake in October when the snow starts falling sometimes. Lot of nice brook and brown up there. Take care, I haven't been there in probably 12 years.

The reservation lakes past HAWLEY and past RESERVATION lake are closed until October 14th due the trophy elk hunt.

Big Lake is doing well, Luna Lake had a serious fish kill some months ago. It has not been restocked, as of 3 weeks ago. Black River upstream from Wildcat Bridge is low. Fishing is slow.

I went to Woods Canyon on Wednesday and fished from the shore and it was slow.
