Hello folks! New member Porgieman52 of Randolph Ma. Here seeking info about local pier and jetty fishing spots on the south shore of Boston near me in Randolph, Ma. Looking for spots within an hour or two drive or less to check out. Usually use sea worms but open to suggestions of what others have used. Lures cut bait or whatever. Target fish are scup or porgies or tatogs or stripers.I love fish and eat all I catch. Getting ready to get cool round these parts so happy fishing every one.

Thanks Gordon! Good luck to you as well! I recently drove to nags head in NC to do some fishing. Wasn’t too productive but had a great time anyway. Never had the pleasure of fishing SC.

Welcome to the Stage Porgieman, from your neighbor to the south. I used to like frozen clam necks for Porgie and Seabass. Good Luck and Tight Lines.

Nice to have you hooking up with us here on the Stage, Porgie. Suggest 1/2 of a green crab for Togs, and eels for Stripers ( as long as there aren't any bluefish in the vicinity). Blues chopping an eel in half is expensive and infuriating too.

Having grown up in NYC fishing the Long Island sound and Jersey shore for flounder, porgy, blackfish and eastern seabass i'm green with envy because now i live in the SF bay area where keeping more than two salmon is a criminal offense. Give me east coast fishing any day.
