Launched at Riverside yesterday for the first time this year. This is a flowing river section below Canyon Ferry dam called Hauser reservoir. Water was 60*, air was high 40s. Caught one 12” rainbow, and one nice 18” walleye, possibly a PB. Lost another walleye as it got close to boat. All in all pretty slow, but no smell in the boat, lol. Weather warmed up pretty good to 70ish, but I got off the water before the wind came up.
What’s cool is that walleye came from same spot where I caught two nice browns last year. Enjoy and tight lines
