Staying in Camden, Maine with wife, daughter and son-in-law. Got in an afternoon of fishing with son-in-law yesterday. Weather was great, guide entraining and put us on fish. We got about 40 total including largemouth and smallmouth bass, yellow perch, two northern pike and something whose name I don’t remember. The pic is the first fish I caught, but not the largest. I also got the smallest.

Who was your guide? From your brief description, I think I might know him.

Don Kliner of Maine Outdoors. He was funny and found the fish. We fished a lake off a river but I don’t recall the name of either. Lake was northwest of town.

He worked as a lobbyist to the Maine legislature for a while representing the fishing guide industry.

Not the guy I was thinking of. I don't know him personally, but Maine Outdoors has a lot of good people on staff.

No. I think that is a bass. Don’t have pic of no name.
