Caught a bunch of channel cats and bass this morning at Blue Marsh Lake. Below are pics of the largest fish along with a small hybrid striper. It was overcast with a slight breeze and light rain the entire morning. Air temp was 59 degrees and water at 68.

Nice catching DV. Chunky looking Bass too. It's true, fish don't care that it's raining. Thanks for the pictures and report.

Thank you J. The cats look healthy, I guess it’s good water and they are eating good.
I heard channel cats are tasty, but I put all fish back to be caught again. Release in hot grease is a good one.

Way to go DV, nothing wrong with fishn' in the rain !! Usually less boat traffic and as long as you can stay comfortable topside the fish could care less they just wanna eat. Nice catch and pics . Thanks for sharing your productive day out. 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🇺🇲🇺🇲

Thank you Andy. Absolutely less boat traffic and if you can stay dry-warm you will feel good while getting in another day on the water fishing.
