Cambridge,Md. Closing it down!
It’s been a great summer for us with plenty of fish and crabs.
The Choptank River provided plenty for us and as always we got our fill.
It’s time to head back to NC next weekend and since we’ve already pulled the boat out of the water due to the storm, will just keep it out, clean it up, put a new coat of barnacle resistant paint on the bottom and store it in the garage.
Until next spring:
Crab Tracker signing out.
Note:
Crab cakes that I made 3 days ago.
Very little filler.
A couple of eggs, crushed barbecue potato chips ole Bay and crab meat.
I used a butter spray on the hamburger press and butter spray the pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes one side, spray the top side and flip over crab cake.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Add cheese slice of choice and remove from oven when melted.
My crab cakes are almost entirely crab meat!
The Crab Alfredo linguine was made by my wife. Yum yum.
Of course there was crab dip too.

Thanks for the reply rrfeury, I was a Belhaven resident until recently moving back to Maryland. Lived within 300' of North Creek and now an hour away from salt. Safe to say I miss NC.

Wow, those crab cakes made my mouth water. Recipe sounds perfect!!
Beautiful place you stayed there. Two homes or rental? Always looking for a nice rental on the water that isn't a behemoth with 4+ bedrooms. Just two of us. Hard to find anymore.
Safe trip home!
We own two homes.
There is a nice house on the water just up the street on the water.
Very nice couple rents it out.
It’s on VRBO
