Woke up late this morning so I almost didn't go.
Nice cool morning. Had one bite on corn.
Picked up this season's pb carp, that went 30" and weighed 15 and 3/4 lbs.

Nice carp, they can really put up a fight. Baitrunner is a good idea, we were fishing w corn and my son set his rod down a couple years ago and a carp took it with him never to be seen again.

Wow ๐Ÿ˜ฎ thatโ€™s awesome ๐Ÿ‘. Turtles ๐Ÿข are biting in my freshwater spots instead of carp.

When the water is warm, everything but carp eat the corn meal. Corn bait is much easier to use than corn meal. I may try corn meal bait in November after the turtles ๐Ÿข and little fish ๐ŸŸ stop biting. I caught 124 turtles ๐Ÿข this year. Biggest was 35 lbs.
