I am heading to Shell Knob to do some fishing and was hoping to get some information on where the fish are biting. I am an average fisherman so any help would be welcome! Lure type, color, lake locations. Thanks!

Howdy! Sorry I didn't see this yesterday. Apparently my default settings to snag Arkansas and Missouri posts faulted! I'm just around a few corners from you in Eagle Rock. Have fished twice in the past week with sad results. My super dependable, never fail honey holes didn't produce, so that's always a sign that stuff is changing. The few I did catch didn't show a pattern as I caught em on a bluff, 45° rocky bank, bridge piers on topwater, crankbait and worm. See? No pattern. So I can't give you solid advice, but encourage you to just throw an assortment until you find fish. Weather is decent, boat population has dropped greatly, lake level is fairly stable. They're in there, I promise!
Thanks for the reply! Appreciate it!
