Vets birthday

It is my friends birthday today He is 96. A ww2 vet. He has been my barber and my friend for about 10 years. I take him to the VA once or twice a month for his appts. I tell him thank you for his service often. When we go to lunch he is thanked by a lot of people for his service too. A few times they will buy our meal. He was proud to have served. My wife knitted him a nice warm lap blanket. He doesn’t like cold weather. I wished him a happy birthday and 96 more years. Bobby
