My son and I went over there a few days ago.
We follow advice from our fisherman brothers in this forum, which turned out to be great.
We had several bites and caught/released 4 perches. Perhaps 2 out of them were legal size.
We had fun, we spent good time together as family, and just want to thank all of you for your support and kindness.
Tight lines to everyone!
Geat! Did you go in at the Bodega camping park entrance or a little farther north at the Salmon Creek bridge entrance (turn left just before the bridge and drive 1/8th mile to free state parking area.

What were y’all using for bait ? I like little strips of squid or white fly jigs .
Glad you enjoyed your outing. No size limits on perch.

We parked in the free area that you mentioned above.
Then we started casting and moving up north until found out a spot.

Sand worms 2” long by Gulp, perches love it.
We also tried LC110, which didn’t get any bites that day
