Frank now is a great time of the year to fish inshore, near shore or offshore in this area of Florida. I am in the Panama City area and I mainly fish the bays in this area. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Spanish and King Mackerel are some of the species in this area. I am a member of the Salt Strong fishing club (you can find them at Salt Strong.com) and they have helped me to target the fish I am looking for. I have been a member for 3 years and it is well worth the cost.

Hey my names Ryan, I am also a member of saltstrong but yet to find anything on flounder??? How about yourself? Ravnadaze how are you doing with the flounder, I personally have had no luck this year with them at all?? This year has been killer with the reds tho.I grew up fishing the Bailey bridge and living in Lynnhaven great town to start and have a family.

Pig Bull Reds under WB bridge 27" and 30" at WB last month with at least 3 that hit like freight trains and broke off before spooling me (nay have been black drum or sharks. Caught a 36" Bull from Laguna Bch also. Plus about 10+ Bluefish from Laguna Bch ranging from 16-22". Good cut bait too- super carnivorous lolol. :)

Are you fishing from the surf or in a boat off the beach? I just moved here and not much action surf fishing so far.
